We assist our clients in research of elements aiming at proving damages and wrongful actions.
International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
We have many years’ experience of dispute resolution in commercial and shipping or transport-related matters worldwide. We act for our client in commercial, commodity and shipping disputes before leading international arbitral forums and in ad hoc arbitration. A worldwide network of trustworthy and qualified law firms and the absence of the levels of bureaucracy sometimes found in larger law firms enables us to look after our international client portfolio in the common and the continental legal system in a successful and cost-conscious manner.
We have significant experience in tracking and attaching assets for enforcement (including through the New York Convention) and execution of award or decision in many countries around the world.
